Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus forbearing the first respondent from initiating proceedings under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Securities Interest Act, 2002 or any other law, and also forbearing the respondents from forcibly evicting the petitioner from the residential portions occupied by the petitioner in pursuant to the Lease Agreement dated 07.12.2021.
