This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.1408 of 2024 dated 31.01.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a week i.e. every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
