ORDER

The contempt petition has been filed alleging willful disobedience by the respondents in not complying with the orders of this Court dated 25.08.2025 in W.P.No.32305 of 2025.

2. Mr.T.Chandrasekaran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the orders of this Court has been complied with, and he has produced before the Court, the proceedings of the second respondent dated 10.12.2025. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner is aggrieved by the said proceedings.

3. Recording the above, the contempt petition is closed. It is well open to the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings, if he is so aggrieved. 25-03-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order DS
