Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to disperse the educational loan for the study of B.Sc.Nursing Degree Course for the year 2010-11 in the second respondent-University by considering the application of the petitioner.

ORDER

The Writ Petition is taken up for hearing through Video Conferencing mode on account of COVID-19 pandemic situation.

2. The petitioner has sought for a direction to the respondent to disperse educational loan for the study of B.Sc.Nursing Degree Course for the year 2010-11 in the second respondent-University by considering her application.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the academic year commenced in the year 2010 and ended in the year 2014 and that the student, for whom the financial assistance was sought for, has completed her course. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. As the course itself is completed, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. Hence, the same is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
