This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in para No.5(b) order of this Court passed on 02.02.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.1591 of 2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall continue to report before the respondent police for a period of 10 days and thereafter, once in a week i.e. every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of three weeks. Thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
