(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner made a representation dated 06.09.2014 alleging encroachment on a public road on the northern side of his property, the petitioner being located at S.No.190/B1A, Surapet Village, Madhavaram Taluk, Chennai-66. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.We direct an inspection to be caused of the area within fifteen (15) days of the receipt of the order and if any encroachment is found, after notice to all concerned, action be taken in accordance with law and proceedings concluded within a maximum period of three (3) months thereafter. Needless to say, if police assistance is required, the same be rendered. 3.Writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
