ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM,J) This petition has been filed praying to permit the petitioner to raise additional grounds in O.S.A.No.182 of 2015.

2. It is averred in the petition that after hearing arguments of both sides, O.S.A.No.182 of 2015 has been reserved for pronouncing judgment. Further it is averred in the petition that on the side of the petitioner, some additional points have to be raised. Under the said circumstances, the present petition has been filed.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has represented that the first respondent is not going to file counter.

4. Considering the nature of the relief sought in the petition, the same can be allowed.
