2. The above matter is pending for the cross examination of P.W.1, since 06.09.2017 and thereafter various I.As and C.R.Ps were came to be filed. Now, the matter is listed for further evidence of P.W.1 on 02.03.2022. Therefore, a direction is issued to the District Munsif, Palladam to dispose of the above suit on or before 31.07.2022.
