This petition has been filed to relax the conditions that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 a.m. imposed in Crl.O.P.No.17915 of 2023, dated 12.12.2023.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court during the Court hearing dates regularly.
