This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for the wilful, intentional disobedience and failure to comply with the order of this Court dated 07.09.2015 made in Crl.O.P.No.22152 of 2015.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Murali, Sub Inspector of Police, K.11, Koyambedu Bus https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Stand Police Station was present.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submits, that on the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR has been registered by the respondent police in Cr.No.694 of 2016 on 16.08.2016 for offence u/s 3 of the Tamil Nadu Public Property (Prevention of Damage & Loss) Act.

Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed.
