The applicant states that the respondents are liable to pay the applicant towards supply of equipment. It is further stated that part payments in respect thereof were made into the applicant's bank account at Chennai. On such basis, it is asserted that a part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. Upon examining the draft plaint and the affidavit in support of the application, it appears that at least a part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. Consequently, A.No.1191 of 2022 is allowed by permitting the applicant to institute the suit against the respondents before this Court.
