This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondents herein for the wilful disobedience of the orders passed by this Hon'ble High Court in W.P.No. 16914 of 2020 dated 28.03.2024.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the as against the order passed by this court, the respondent preferred appeal before the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court and this Court has granted interim stay.
