ORDER

Challenging the proceedings of the third respondent dated 27.08.2015 and for a consequential direction to the third respondent to effect electricity service connection to the petitioner's premises, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.From the counter affidavit filed by the third respondent, it is seen that the service connection has already been effected.

3.In such view of the matter, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
