ORDER

Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.K. Suresh, learned counsel, takes notice for 3rd respondent. With the consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Though the petitioner herein has challenged the order of transfer dated 25.10.2022, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that there are vacancies available in the same Madathukulam Town Panchayat and that he has given a representation dated 15.02.2023 in this regard, seeking for transfer in the said vacancy.

3. In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no interference is required to the transfer order. However, 2/4

there shall be a direction to the respondents herein to consider the petitioner's request sympathetically and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
