O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 16.10.2015 in W.P.No.33562 of 2015 is violated without disposing of the representations made by the petitioner. Hence, the present contempt petition is filed. 2.

A perusal of the typed set of papers filed by the petitioner and the respondent would show that the petitioner's representation has been considered though not to the satisfaction of the petitioner. In such an eventuality the remedy lies elsewhere. Since the petitioner has also filed W.P.No.12257 of 2016, the contempt petition is closed leaving the issues left open.
