ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.1145 of 2020 on the file of respondent.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and a final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Villupuram and the same has been taken on file in P.R.C.No.17 of 2020. The learned counsel further submitted that the matter has already been committed to the Sessions Court and a date has already been fixed for the appearance of the accused persons.
