This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent police to register the FIR based on the complaint dated 25.10.2021 against the accused. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.10.2021, enquiry has been conducted in C.No.596/CCB/COP/V/2021 and the same has been https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
closed as civil in nature on 23.11.2021. He would further submit that closure report was also sent to the petitioner through registered post on 16.12.2021.
3.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of with the liberty to the Petitioner to challenge the closure report by filing appropriate protest petition before the jurisdictional Court as per the mandate of Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of "Union Public Service Commission Vs. S.Papaiah and others" reported in (1997) 7 SCC 614.
