(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This is a petition to condone the delay of 522 days in filing the writ appeal. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. Having regard to the reasons assigned in the affidavit accompanying this petition and considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the aforesaid delay is condoned subject to payment of costs of Rs.500/- by the petitioners, to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, within a week's time from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Upon production of receipt for payment of costs, this miscellaneous petition shall stand ordered.
