The writ petition has been filed seeking for a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to pay the retirement benefit amount of Rs.6,70,000/- with 12% interest immediately.

2. Heard both sides.

3.The matter is relating to non payment of terminal benefits to the petitioner by the second respondent. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition can be disposed of by permitting the petitioner to make representation to the second respondent and that the second respondent can be directed to pass orders thereon within a stipulated period.

4.In view of the limited prayer made, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the second respondent, seeking terminal benefits, and the second respondent is directed to pass orders thereafter, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, as the matter is relating to terminal benefits.
