(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The petitioner contends that though on his complaint the second respondent has passed an order on 07.09.2013, the same has not been implemented thereafter despite many representations.

2. We would call upon the first respondent to look into the matter qua the aforesaid issue and take necessary action in accordance with law within a maximum period of one month of the receipt of this order.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
