payment of arrears of salary from the date of appointment based on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 29.01.2024 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the Respondents to pass orders granting approval of appointment of the petitioner in the post of Office Assistant from the date of appointment on 02.01.2019 based on the proposal submitted by the 3rd respondent school dated 27.05.2022 and in accordance with staff fixation order issued by the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.9354/Aa3/218 dated 25.01.2019 for the academic year 2018-2019 with all consequential and other attendant benefits including payment of arrears of salary from the date of appointment based on the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 29.01.2024 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of 2/4

this Court to withdraw the petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh petition. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
