ORDER

Mr.V.Subbiah, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.P.Paramasivadoss, learned counsel takes notice for R2 to R4.

2. The above contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience in implementing the order of this Court passed in W.P.No.695 of 2015, dated 9.1.2015.

3. BY order dated 9.1.2015, this Court gave liberty to the petitioner to give additional representation to the respondents within three days and on receipt of such additional representation, the respondents were directed to consider the same and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within two weeks time.

4. Now it is brought to the notice of this Court that by order dated 24.1.2015, the respondents have rejected the representation given by the petitioner. This Court has not given any positive direction in the writ petition. Therefore, if the petitioner is aggrieved over the order passed by the respondents on 24.1.2015, it is

open to him to challenge the same in accordance with law. Accordingly, the contempt petition is closed.
