ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order 30.09.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No. 24466 of 2024.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the Respondent/Contemnor submitted that, as against the order of this Court dated 30.09.2024, the respondent/contemnor preferred a Writ appeal and obtained an order of interim stay.

3. In view of the above submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Court is of the view that there is no wilful disobedience on the part of the respondent/Contemnor.
