PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to direct the third respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 12.10.2020 and to proceed in accordance with law.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the third respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 12.10.2020 and to proceed in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that enquiry has been conducted based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 12.10.2021 and the same has been closed as civil in nature.

3. At this juncture, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has not yet received the closure report so far.

4.In view of the above, direction is issued to the third respondent to furnish the copy of the closure report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the petitioner is aggrieved with the closure report, the petitioner is at liberty to file the protest petition before the Jurisdictional Court.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petitions stands disposed of.
