These applications have been filed for amending the cause title in Arb.A.Nos.55 & 56 and O.A.No.56 of 2024 pursuant to the order passed by this Court on 30.01.2024 in Arb.O.P.(Com.Div.)No.186 of 2023 and E.P.Filing No.143364 of 2022 .

2. Both the learned Senior Counsel for the second respondent and third respondent would object to these applications. As no adverse orders are proposed to be passed at this stage in Arb.A.Nos.55 & 56 and O.A.No.56 of 2024, I see no impediment in allowing these applications.

3. Considering the above, these applications are allowed. The applicant is directed to make suitable corrections in Arb.A.Nos.55 & 56 and O.A.No.56 of 2024.
