2. The joint compromise memo, dated 16.08.2023 is recorded and the terms of Joint Compromise Memo shall form part of this Order. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision is disposed of. The Judgment and orders dated 06.01.2020 in Crl.A.No.5 of 2017 passed by the Additional District and Sessions Judge, Mayiladuthurai is set aside and the accused is acquitted. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
