ORDER

The writ petition has been filed to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to register and return the original sale deed executed by the 4th Respondent in favour of the petitioner in respect of the property bearing Plot Nos.94 & 95 "Akash Nagar", Thandalam Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk, comprised in Survey No.41/B and as per patta No.706 Survey No.41/1B2.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 18.102023, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter today i.e. on 02.11.2023 under the caption "for dismissal". Today also, none appeared on behalf of the writ petitioner. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed for default. In case, the petitioner files any

restoration petition, the Registry should not take the restoration petition on file unless he pays a cost of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of The Chief Justice Relief Fund, High Court, Madras. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
