Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to take emergent steps to preserve the entries, CCTV Video Coverage Prints, Micro-biological report of the index finger of the devotee No.12070500053 dated 5.7.2012 which relating to the petitioner who stayed in Room No.SRI-A334, in the safe custody till they have been sent to the trial court or the authenticated copies are taken in the manner known to law, by considering the representation dated 7.10.2013.

ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the present writ petition for a direction to the respondents to take emergent steps to preserve the entries, CCTV Video Coverage Prints, Microbiological report of the index finger of the devotee No.12070500053 dated 5.7.2012 which relating to the petitioner who stayed in Room No.SRI-A-334, in the safe custody till they have been sent to the trial court or the authenticated copies are taken in the manner known to law, by considering the representation dated 7.10.2013.

When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.N.Manokaran, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the entries, CCTV Video Coverage Prints, Micro-biological report of the index finger of the petitioner dated 5.7.2012 relating to his stay in Room No.SRI-A-334 at Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams, have been produced before the trial court for the purpose of trial, in which, the petitioner has been implicated.

3. As the prayer of the writ petitioner, is already satisfied, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No costs.
