... Defendants Prayer:- Civil Suit filed under Order VII Rule 1 of Civil Procedure Code read with Order IV Rule 1 of O.S Rules, praying for the following judgment and decree against the defendants:

a) that the defendants by jointly and severally or alternatively be 1/4

ordered and decreed to pay a sum of Rs.30,52,310/- together with interest of 18% per annum from the date of suit till the date of payment and realization.

b) for costs of the suit.

JUDGMENT

When the matter was taken up today, the learned counsel for the plaintiff and the first defendant submitted that the matter has been compromised between the parties. Pursuant to the same, they have filed a Joint Compromise Memo dated 03.09.2024 along with the Memorandum of Understanding dated 22.06.2024 which has been duly signed by them and their respective counsel. The learned counsel for the second defendant submitted that she has no objection for recording the compromise memo and she has also made an endorsement to that effect. The said Joint Compromise Memo is recorded.

2. In view of the same, the suit is decreed in terms of the Joint Compromise Memo entered between the parties and the above Joint Compromise Memo shall form part of the decree. The Court Fee is ordered to be refunded as per law.
