(Order of the Court was made SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.) This Contempt Petition is filed on the ground that the order dated 16.06.2014 passed in W.P. No.15391 of 2014 has not been complied with by the respondent.

This Court, by the aforestated order, recording the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ directed the first respondent therein, who is the sole

respondent herein, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2014 within a period of six weeks. The petitioner's representation dated 06.05.2014 has been considered and orders have been passed on 18.07.2014. Thus, no case of contempt is made out by the petitioner.
