ORDER

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent Police to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant dated 03.12.2025 issued in S.T.C. No.1062 of 2024, by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-II (At Metropolitan Magisterial Level), Allikulam,

Egmore, Chennai, against one K.Sridhar, within a stipulated time. 2.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the respondent Police will be able to execute the warrant within a period of two weeks.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court directs the respondent Police to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant, dated 03.12.2025, issued in S.T.C. No.1062 of 2024, by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-II (At Metropolitan Magisterial Level), Allikulam, Egmore, Chennai, against the aforesaid K.Sridhar, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
