This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 777 days in filing the above civil miscellaneous appeal against the order dated 01.09.2022 made in M.C.O.P.No.1234 of 2022 on the file of the MCOP Tribunal, Special District Court, Salem.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Arun Kumar, learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.

3. The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this petition stands ordered and consequently, the delay of 777 days in filing the above appeal is condoned, subject to the condition that the petitioner will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e., for 777 days, in the appeal.

4. Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the case for admission in due course.
