S.A.Nos.217 & 218 of 2012 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

The learned Principal District Judge, Namakkal, by letter dated 01.07.2023, D.No.5046/A.S./2023 has sought for extension of time for disposal of the appeals in A.S.No.62 of 2011 and 63 of 2011.

2. On considering the reason assigned by the learned trial Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time of six months from today for disposal of the said appeals.

3. Both the parties are agreed for extension of time and also the parties are directed to co-operate for the suit proceedings.
