ORDER
Quoting that the Secretary of the petitioner Trade Union had submitted bogus claim petitions, based on forged death certificates, the petitioner Union's representative was temporarily suspended from the activities of the Board, through the impugned order dated 29.04.2013. The allegations against the Secretary of the Trade Union is serious in nature. Even otherwise, the suspension was only temporary. The order was passed in the year 2013 and the petitioner being a Trade Union, the term of the office bearers of the Trade Union would have come to an end, since 9 years have passed.
2. At this stage, setting aside the temporary suspension of the representative of the petitioner Trade Union would not be effective in any manner. As such, there is no reason to interfere with the impugned order.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS VIII) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar Pns To 1.
