This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to register the written complaint of the petitioner to the respondent on 29.05.2016 against the accused persons under 341, 294b, 307, 323, 324 and 506(ii) IPC.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 29.05.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
