This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.29661 of 2022 dated 21.12.2022.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the Judicial Magistrate, Tambaram on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
