ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under sections 294(b), 341, 324, 506(2), 307 of IPC in Crime No.45 of 2022 seeks anticipatory bail.

2. On perusal of the FIR, it appears that due to previous enmity, the petitioners herein attacked the defacto complainant using deadly weapon, due to which, the defacto complainant sustained lacerated wounds at the right and left temporo parietal region and on the occipital region.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the defacto complainant sustained severe injuries along with 13 stitches. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Considering the nature of the injuries sustained by the defacto complainant and the manner in which the injury was caused, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
