Respondents the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J) Seeking to clarify the order dated 11.01.2019, the learned Advocate Commissioner has filed this petition. 2.After hearing the learned Advocate Commissioner, we are of the view that no further clarification is required. Learned Advocate Commissioner would submit that police aid is required to carry out the commission issued. If that is the case, the proper remedy open to him is to approach the learned single Judge and not by way of filing this petition. The learned Advocate Commissioner can seek for any other direction before the learned single Judge. Accordingly, this petition stands closed.
