O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to give police protection to the petitioner as a victim in Crime No.158 of 2015 on the file of the 2nd respondent herein.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, on the complaint given by the petitioner, a case in Crime No.158 of 2015 was registered against the opposite party for offences under Section 294[b], 447, 323, 506[ii] IPC and that, the opposite party was granted anticipatory bail.

4. It is the grievance of the petitioner that, after the opposite party obtained anticipatory bail, he is further threatening the de facto complainant who is an aged person.

5. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to enquire into the complaint given by the petitioner and give https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

sufficient protection to the petitioner, against any aggression by the opposite party.
