This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11104 of 2018 in Crl.A.No.506 of 201 dated 24.09.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court while granting bail, imposed condition that the first petitioner shall report before the trial court on the first working day of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly and now he is suffering from Lungs Cancer Stage IV and therefore, he finds it difficult to comply with the condition. In support of his submission, the learned counsel has produced copies of medical records and therefore, has filed this petition, seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court.

4. Heard the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI Cases and he also submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. He further submits that the appeal is ready for final hearing.
