[Order of the Court was made by M.SUNDAR J.] Mr.B.Manoharan, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner, Mr.T.K.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader for R1 to R4 and Mr.S.Anandakumar, learned counsel for R5 are before us.
2. R6 has been duly served, name and address of R6 as in cause title is shown in the cause list but none appears. We are informed by the Registry that R6 has not chosen to enter appearance through counsel. Page Nos.2/4
3. Be that as it may, captioned 'Writ Petition' {hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity} has been filed with 'Removal of Encroachment' {hereinafter 'RoE' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity} prayer.
4. Aforesaid three learned counsel submit in unison in one voice that encroachment has since been removed.
5. Recording this common submission of all learned counsel before us, we deem it appropriate to give a closure to the captioned WP. Captioned WP disposed of as closed recording the aforesaid common submission. There shall be no order as to costs.
