O R D E R
(Order of the Court was delivered by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The resolution passed by the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu, rejecting the complaint filed by the writ petitioner against the second respondent, is under challenge in the present writ petition.
2. The impugned resolution passed by the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu would reveal that the petitioner has not established Advocate-Client relationship in the complaint. Therefore, the complaint was rejected as "No prima facie case has been made out".
3. Against the resolution passed by the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu, a revision is provided under Section 48A of the Advocates Act to the Bar Council of India. If at all, the petitioner is in a position to establish AdvocateClient relationship existed between the petitioner and the second respondent, 2/4
then the same may be established by way of filing a revision petition before the Bar Council of India.
