(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 25.02.2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 294 (b), 332, 506(ii), 307 of I.P.C. r/w Section 3(1) of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.115 of 2021, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.
