This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the statutory Revision filed by the petitioner on 06.02.2020, under Section 153 of the Tamil Nadu Cooperative Societies Act, 1983, within a stipulated time.

2. Today, when this matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondents have disposed of the revision petition filed by the petitioner on 29.04.2021 and therefore nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as become infructuous. No costs. 07.07.2022 Index: Yes / No kk To
