This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to direct the respondents herein to register the case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 03.05.2016 and investigate the matter and to file the final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, on the complaint dated 03.05.2016 given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. A copy of the Closure Report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.
