This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the first respondent herein viz the Inspector of Police, J.3, Guindy Police Station (Crime), Chennai to register a case on his complaint dated 11.06.2015 given to the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. It is seen that petition enquiry is pending in C.S.R.No.651 of 2015. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry in CSR No.651 of 2015 and act in accordance with the law laid down by the Honourable Apex Court in Lalita Kumari vs. Govt. of U.P. & others [2013 (4) Crimes 243 (SC)].
