ORDER

The Court below had granted bail to the petitioner by imposing certain conditions. The petitioner has complied with Condition No.1 and 2 imposed by the Court below. When the petitioner was attempting to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m, it is stated that the defacto complainant is causing ruckus along with his counsel and is not permitting the petitioner to report before the Police station. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the same, this petitioner is not able to report before the respondent police regularly and therefore, requested this Court to modify the condition.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition No.3 imposed by the Court below is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall report before the learned Xth Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation.

Accordingly, this Criminal original petition stands disposed of.
