ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 04.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.3303 of 2022, thereby directed the respondents to disburse the family pension to the petitioner from the date of demise of her mother and till the date of her life time, within a period of six weeks. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that aggrieved by the order passed by this Court, the respondents preferred an appeal and obtained interim order of stay in C.M.P.No.17099 of 2025 in W.A.No.2235 of 2022, by an order dated 18.07.2025.

In view of the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed at present. The petitioner is at liberty to file fresh contempt petition subject to the result of the Writ Appeal.
