O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The learned counsel for respondent No.2 states that some action was taken in collaboration with respondent No.1, in pursuance to the assurance held out, as recorded in the order dated 18.09.2014 in W.P.No.25380 of 2014. But, subsequently, the alleged encroachers have obtained interim orders from this Court.

2. In view of the aforesaid position, the learned counsel for respondent No.2 to communicate to the learned counsel for the petitioner the details of the proceedings where the interim orders are operating within a week.

3. Thus, no case is made out for wilful disobedience of the order of this Court.

4. The Contempt Petition, stands closed.
