ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 506(ii) of IPC and r/w. 4 of TNWH Act in Crime No.42 of 2022, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Due to previous enmity this petitioner and others have attacked the defacto complainant with iron rod and stone. The victim has sustained severe injury over the head and right side eye brow. The victim was admitted in the hospital as in-patient and got discharged very recently.
